SwingTime Is A TESTING Event.

To gain initial entry to the event, ALL attendees, vaccinated or not, are required to show a negative COVID-19 result from either:

• a same-day rapid test or
• a negative PCR test result within 72 hours of arrival

Additionally, all attendees providing a same-day rapid test must:

• Take the test at home and take a picture of the negative test at that time.
• Bring both the picture and the physical test with you. We will throw the test away at the event.

What If I Don’t Feel Well Right Before The Event?

If you are experiencing symptoms typically associated with flu or COVID, we ask that you absolutely stay home or self-isolate immediately. Please contact us at swingtimewcs.com and we will refund your registration.

What If I Don’t Feel Well At The Event?

If you are sick, develop COVID symptoms, or test COVID-positive we will promptly refund your ticket purchase and require you to return home or self-isolate immediately.

Day Passes will be offered at the door as capacity allows.

Prices:

Friday Pass (Full day and night): $75

Friday night (7pm to close): $40

Saturday Pass (Full day and night): $100 

Saturday Night Show (8pm to close) – $50

Sunday Pass: $65

Sunday Night Social (Workshop & Dance): $30

Day Passes do not let you compete. 

You may take workshops with a day pass.
